Together we will protect each other. We will be practicing social distancing, providing hand sanitizer, limiting the number of customers in at one time, and
permitting safety masks. Frequently touched surfaces are being sanitized inside as well as drive-thru and ATM surfaces. We continue to encourage the use of
our drive-thru’s as well as scheduling appointments for your convenience.
Your health and safety, and that of our employees are our number one priority.
The recent Corona Virus outbreak has created circumstances many of us never anticipated. Our concern for the health and safety of family and friends has become even more important. For these reasons, First Federal Bank has implemented a Corona Crisis Relief Program to assist customers that may experience financial difficulties during this pandemic.
As the outbreak has grown, many businesses have been forced to close or substantially change their business model. Unfortunately, many of our customers may be negatively impacted as a result of these changes or closures. If you have lost your job, been laid-off, or unable to work due to sickness or caring for someone who is sick, First Federal Bank wants to help.
We have established a Corona Crisis Relief streamlined process to defer consumer, commercial and/or mortgage loan payments, and waive fees for those unable to work. Also, we will waive consumer and business non-sufficient fund fees (NSFs) that arise from hardships created by the pandemic.
